In 1987, the Bailey family opened A Costume Ball to create a place where you can let your imagination run wild. We don’t take ourselves too seriously. We’re a little bit of nonsense, a little bit of wit, a little bit of charm, and a whole lot of fun. Through our family’s love of adventure and travel, we are continually expanding our inventory to include authentic cultural costumes from all over the world including saris from Bombay, tribal headpieces from Thailand, and lederhosen from the Bavarian Alps. We take to heart the lessons of the great Auntie Mame and remind each other to “Live, Live, Live! Life’s a banquet and most poor suckers are starving to death!” |
